Jessica Romano

Centre Director

Jessica holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care has over 20 years of experience across various roles within the industry. Throughout her career, Jess has worked in roles such as Centre Manager, Educational Leader, and Lead Educator.

“Throughout my years working in the early childhood sector, I have gained extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards as well as undertaking extensive research in other early childhood topics.”

Jess is the face of LSA and our first point of contact for our families, children, and team. Jess prides herself in being an advocate for children. She believes that each child has the right to feel happy, safe, relaxed, secure and supported at all times.

Jess understands that children learn best through play based curriculums. As an educator, Jess views her role as a role model supporting children to extend upon their learning and development through scaffolding.

Naomi Williams

Assistant Director

Naomi holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and has had 12 years of experience across various roles within the industry. Throughout her career, I have worked in roles such as Chef, Assistant, Lead Educator, Educational Leader, and mentor.

“I have been here at LSA for 3 years. I believe that the first 5 years in a child’s lift is important to a child development. I am dedicated and very passionate about the industry and believe early education is essential in giving children the best start in life.

I enjoy building quality relationships with staff, families, and children. I believe that making a welcoming culture is like a second family.”

Paula Breslin

Early Childhood Teacher

Paula holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor in Primary education has had 6 years of experience across various roles within the industry. Throughout her career Paula has worked in roles such as, Educational Leader, Lead Educator, Kindy teacher and mentor.

“I have been here at LSA for 2 years. Early intervention education has been a passion of mine, I believe in building strong connections within our community and strive for the best outcomes for all children. I believe that each child is different, and they have individual rights to learn and develop their skills.”
